Josh Dulberger

Hello, my name is Josh Dulberger. I am an Architect at Klaviyo within the Go-To-Market Systems team, working closely with the Partnerships division to design and implement solutions that support our partners and align with business objectives.

My role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand critical business requirements, mapping these needs into solutions with technical designs, and ensuring systems operate reliably and efficiently. In an enterprise organization supporting multiple business functions, I ensure our solutions integrate with other teams and are built to support future growth. Some additional responsibilities in my role include hands-on development, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing technical guidance to team members.

I have been in the Salesforce ecosystem for over 8 years and have earned 21 Salesforce certifications. I hold a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from DePauw University, where I also studied Economics.
